Program

The Neman Group Tenant Notifications is a text messaging program operated by The Neman Group LLC for residential tenants of the properties we manage. We send service messages about your tenancy: rent reminders and balance notices, payment confirmations, maintenance request confirmations and technician scheduling updates, and notices related to your lease. We do not send marketing messages.

How you opt in

Texting is optional. You can opt in by any of the following:

• Checking the optional text message box on the tenant portal sign-in page at portal.thenemangroup.com/tenant/login.
• Turning on text messages in your tenant portal.
• Checking the optional text message box when you electronically sign your lease.
• Texting START to our number.

Each opt-in box shows this statement:

I agree to receive text messages (SMS) from The Neman Group LLC about my tenancy, including rent reminders, maintenance updates, and billing notices. Msg frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of your tenancy.

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of your tenancy or of any service we provide.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your account activity, typically a few messages per month. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan.

Opting out and help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts unless you opt in again (for example, by replying START). You can also turn texts off in your tenant portal.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
