We collect the information you provide to us as a tenant or applicant: your name, mailing address, email address, and mobile phone number; information about your lease and tenancy (such as your unit, rent charges, and payments); maintenance requests you submit (including descriptions, photos, and your stated availability); and messages you exchange with us.

How we use it

We use this information solely to manage your tenancy and our properties: responding to and scheduling maintenance, billing and recording rent payments, sending you notices related to your lease, and communicating with you. If you have opted in to our text messaging program, we use your mobile phone number to send you service messages such as maintenance request confirmations, technician scheduling updates, rent reminders, and billing notices. Text messaging consent & sharing

We do not share, sell, or otherwise provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent information to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties. We use service providers (such as our messaging delivery provider) only to deliver the messages described above on our behalf; they are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Sharing in general

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only when needed to operate our business — with service providers acting on our instructions (for example, payment processing, document storage, or message delivery), or when required by law.

Your choices

You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP, and you may update your contact information by contacting our office. Opting out of texts does not affect your tenancy or any service we provide.
